We will demystify the kegel exercise, practice correct breathing and apply it to yoga poses, exercises to prepare you for labor, and to your everyday activities as a mom. Learn how to train the pelvic floor functionally and protect your pelvic floor after you give birth. See a live biofeedback of the pelvic floor muscles on a computer screen and how they can relax in preparation for birth. There will also be an important discussion of self care for the perineum to promote healing after birth.
